Creating new users in NAV can be a difficult process, especially for IT departments or NAV administrators with limited NAV experience. The New User Wizard easily creates and configure new users based on existing users or user templates.
The wizard ensures that proper permissions and menus are assigned without guesswork or missed configurations.
Select user to create
Select the user to copy security settings from
Copy menus assignments from an existing user
Copy DMS Functional Permissions (if enabled)
Copy user setup, including approval limits, etc.
The next step is to hit "Finish", synchronize users, and you're done
